Hunkered down against an impending storm these two sharp-tailed grouse tread through snow next to an old barbed wire fence. Newly mounted, these beautiful grouse will make a wonderful gift for that upland bird hunter for Christmas or make an nice addition to the sportsman's trophy room.

The Duck Blind Taxidermy Studio has over 30 years o In addition, as a professional biologist for 30 years, I've studied these birds endlessly, whether for research and banding projects or out hunting in the duck blind. We select the best birds we can find from our network of breeders to bring you a mount that you'll be proud to display and show your friends. All native waterfowl require a Federal Waste and Disposal Permit. Game birds do not require a permit. My federal taxidermy license number is MB 741525-0.

Flat rate shipping is $30 in the continental U.S. through FedEx or UPS. Alaska and Hawaii - $50. All birds are custom boxed and crated to insure safe arrival. We've shipped hundreds of birds across the country. Sorry, we can't ship birds outside the U.S.
